No great success is accomplished
without opposition, struggle, and
sacrifice

Septima Clark developed the literacy and citizenship workshops that played an important role in the drive for voting rights and civil rights for African Americans in the Civil Rights Movement. Male activists commonly underappreciated Septima Clark's work. She became known as the "Queen mother" or "Grandmother" of the Civil Rights Movement in the United States.

Ida Bell Wells-Barnett was an American investigative journalist, educator, and early leader in the civil rights movement. She was one of the founders of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). She dedicated her life to combating prejudice and violence, and the fight for African-American equality, especially that of women.

Fannie Lou Hamer Townsend was an American voting and women's rights activist, community organizer, and a leader in the civil rights movement. She was known for her use of spiritual hymnals and quotes and her resilience in leading the civil rights movement for black women in Mississippi. She was extorted, threatened, harassed, shot at, and assaulted by racists, including members of the police, while trying to register for and exercise her right to vote.

Ella Josephine Baker was an African-American civil rights and human rights activist. Baker criticized professionalizedcharismatic leadership; she promoted grassroots organizingradical democracy, and the ability of the oppressed to understand their worlds and advocate for themselves. She realized this vision most fully in the 1960s as the primary advisor and strategist of the SNCC. She is known for her critiques not only of racism within American culture, but also of sexism within the civil rights movement.

Wisdom Quotes

One had better die fighting against injustice than to die like a dog or a rat in a trap ...

A Winchester rifle should have a place of honor in every black home, and it should be used for that protection which the law refuses to give. IDA B. WELLS

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.

What I really feel is necessary is that the black people in this country wil have to upset this apple cart. We can no longer ignore the fact that America is not the... land of the free and the home of the brave.

If the white man gives you anything - just remember when he gets ready he will take it right back. We have to take for ourselves.

Remember Will Every red stripe in that flag represents the black man's blood that has been shed.

ACTIVATION

Covering

Our ancestors have provided us with divine spiritual cover. We have the power to effect lasting positive change for our people and the world for generations to come.

Sleeper Cells

GOD has activated his Divine Sleeper cells. These are not the typical covert destructive group of spies or terrorist agents that remain inactive within a target population until ordered to act. These are Godly men, women, and youth warriors who have prepared themselves for SPIRITUAL WARFARE

Ephesians 6:10-17

10 A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. 12 For we [ are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.

13 Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle, you will still be standing firm. 14 Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. 15 For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. 16 In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. 17 Put on salvation as your helmet and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Revelation 6:9-10 AMP

 The Fifth Seal—Martyrs

9 When He (the Lamb) broke open the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been slaughtered because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained [out of loyalty to Christ]. 10 They cried in a loud voice, saying, “O Lord, holy and true, how long now before You will sit in judgment and avenge our blood on those [unregenerate ones] who dwell on the earth?” 11 Then they were each given a white robe, and they were told to rest and wait quietly for a little while longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brothers and sisters who were to be killed even as they had been, would be completed.

The Ultimate Sacrifice

Every warrior of God is willing to make the ultimate sacrifice.

If We Must Die

By Claude McKay

If we must die, let it not be like hogs
Hunted and penned in an inglorious spot,
While round us bark the mad and hungry dogs,
Making their mock at our accursèd lot.
If we must die, O let us nobly die,
So that our precious blood may not be shed
In vain; then even the monsters we defy
Shall be constrained to honor us though dead!
O, kinsmen! we must meet the common foe!
Though far outnumbered let us show us brave,
And for their thousand blows deal one death blow!
What though before us lies the open grave?
Like men, we'll face the murderous, cowardly pack,
Pressed to the wall, dying, but fighting back!
